Clinical Overview

JSK Sports Rehab provides return-to-sport protocols for athletes recovering from ankle sprains, ACL/MCL tears, tennis elbow, and rotator cuff strains. We combine targeted soft-tissue mobilization, progressive loading, and agility training to ensure optimal recovery and prevent re-injury.

Weakness in ligament support leading to joint instability, especially during running, pivoting, or jumping.

JSK's Treatment Methodology

Controlled Tissue Loading

Applying progressive stress to healing tendons and ligaments to build strong, aligned collagen fibers instead of weak scar tissue.

Performing hands-on release and manual therapy to relieve muscle trigger points and restore micro-circulation.

Proprioceptive Agility Training

Re-training balance and rapid joint reflexes using agility ladders and balance boards to prepare for fast sport movements.

Return-to-Play Testing

Conducting objective strength, hop, and stability tests to ensure the athlete is fully ready to return to sport safety.
